I'm not suprised anymore by the numbers produced, but I bet the "DELTA" looks awesome
This still hasn't been resolved and Its up to you guys to keep on at the "Tuners" to get it sorted. If i had paid good money for a product irrespective of what it was and it fell short of what was being advertised,i'd be knocking on their door asking for answers until i got what i had paid for.

Just goes to show that ragging the arse off it from new is the best way to run it in

I understand what your saying Daytona.
But they might not ever get it sorted, I dont want to miss out on my car being even better than it is now for the sake of a quoted 10-15 bhp.
everyone who has had it done loves it so why not?
when and if they do get it sorted one would hope that the people that have had the map will get the upgrade for free !
Roy my posts are not there to deter people from getting their cars mapped on the contrary, you are going in with your eyes open and accept the possible shortfalls but this has been going on for 6 months + and nothing has been sorted for the people that have already spent a lot of money for a product that isn't as advertised. If people on forums like this hadn't joined forces and complained to Audi none of the "upgrades" like 47i6 brake replacement would have taken place.

great to meet everyone on satuarday and thanks to Toby for organising. Here are my pics of the day. re the disappointing stage 2, here is part of the reply i had back from my guy, seems strange that DS didnt pick up on it so makes me wonder a bit....
1/ The dyno is set up for a 4 cylinder car, not a 5 cylinder like yours. If you look at the bottom of the graph, its CF:SHOOT_44 which relates to 4 cylinder.
It should be set to CF:SHOOT_5F. This would have an effect on the BHP.
2/ They have carried out the dyno run in 3rd gear, you have a 7 speed gearbox and it should really be carried out in 4th gear. This again would have an effect on the BHP.
3/ The high lambda reading is down to them not inserting the probe far enough into the exhaust and therefore drawing in air. As soon as the engine starts accelerating and the exhaust gas flow
increases with revs, the lambda reading is perfect.
I will be doing another run in the next couple of weeks to see if i get the same result back, if i go back to DS il show them the suggestions and see what they say.....

Ricky, I'm going to take up the above with DS this morning. Where are you going to do another run? If it's local I'd like to see a comparison of different dynos.

Daytona,
your point is a valid one,and I make you right on what your saying.
But I really don't want to keep waiting for something that might not happen...I still want my car better/faster
If APR said the figures from the start would be say 390-400 bhp and more torque I'm sure the same amount of people would have had it done!?
Apr should in my view should ,,, ask people who have had their cars mapped dyno them at one place convenient for all concerned and take the average increase that way we all get a fair indication of whats going on and adjust their figures accordingly!
Thats what we'd organised with Awesome, We had APR ready to live data log stuff too on numerous cars to see what the issue is.

Could this event be reinstated if there was enough confirmed interest in advance?
Before it was cancelled I was thinking of deciding last minute / turning up on the day as I already committed to the Southern Rolling Road but will put my name down if it will help the event go ahead?

It suggests (if true) that not only does it compensate for number of cylinders, NA or turbo, but also 2wd or 4wd.
"
My car was run in SHOOT_5, meaning 5 cylinder. But from researching the internet, that means a 5 cylinder na car. The correct mode for a 5 cylinder turbocharged car should be SHOOT_5f, and the correct mode for a 4wd, 5 cylinder should be
SHOOT_54f "

Lads
I have just got back from having the car mapped APR (BETA FILE 2.1. whatever that might be ??) also cat bypass pipes and a panel filter...
Bloody hells bells what a difference !!! it goes like a bullet the engine pulls like a train, revs more freely should have done it ages ago!!
On the southern rr day I was running 350 bhp .
Todays dyno before it was mapped. it was 348bhp @ 5882RPM and 346.8lb ft ONLY 2 BHP DIFF FROM SATURDAYS RUN !
After todays map Its now running 399.5bhp @ 5397rpm and 431.7lb ft @4230rpm
For those of you who know what that means I think its good !!
All I know is if you are considering a map DONT WAIT ,,,,, DO IT NOW !! I cant smile wide enough
That BHP is the same as mine running a APR stage 2 but my torque is around 530-540lb ft
