Good morning,

 

Has anyone on here replaced the steel rear subframe with an aluminium item from the likes of the:

8J TTRS

8P A3 3.2 Quattro

Certain Golf MkV R32's

Certain VW Tourans

There are maybe a few more out there.

 

Some say they are lighter and stronger some say they're not.

 

Has anyone on here done it?
