Just got my car back from York Audi.

 

First service in the RS3 but have used them lots in the past with the RS4.

 

Had everything plus plugs done as its on 16k miles for £395.00 which after ringing round a few other dealers seemed a very good price.

 

Excellent service as always, would deffo recommend this dealer.

has yours been mapped ? if so did they mention it?

Contacted them by phone wanting to purchase RS3 with a few stipulations what i wanted as factory extras.

Explained to Daniel i did not want any sales pitches and no what i want and looking for a discount from RRP.

I bought my RS3 from them and received excellent service.

Negative points: 

Had to travel as my own local dealer (Teesside Audi) Would not budge on factory price.
