I am looking at doing something to make my Audi sports exhaust louder, which currently has no centre cars, valve delete plugs and next week will have a Milltek down pipe with 100 cell cat.

I know you can get PCW mod where they wrap the internal perforated pipes, but wanted to know what other options there are available.

One thing I’ve considered is having someone make straight through pipes. These could go from both of the pipes and route to the back using oem oval trims. This would save having join the 2 centre pipes together before the box and hopefully having a better flow with less bends. I would be interested to see if anyone has tried this option before?

Not tried it but no reason why it wouldn't work.

I know its all very subjective but I really don't get how anyone can say the sports exhaust is not loud enough. A decatted car with standard sports exhaust is horrendously loud.

Thanks for the reply. I’ll just have to start by seeing how loud it is with the sports exhaust, Miltek DP, 100 cell cat and valve delete option. Hopefully it’s back tomorrow.

Well after a few weeks of having it done I can say a 100 cell cat and a miltek downpipe is louder than just the Audi sports exhaust. As I run valves open all the time I am now considering just having the mod where the perforated internals in the back box get wrapped.
