You were not competitive for me on renewal tbh but you did source an OEM screen replacement with no quibbles so fair enough. Had to go through a broker as I was moving house (the payment card details need to match the address details it seems which is a nightmare if your insurer (looking at you Esure) withdraws cover) and you sorted me out in an hour of need so I will give you a shout next year.
