Ok first post is now fully updated and duplicated here:
I will be handing out a route card / idiots guide at the start of the day.
This will include the route, Exact locations, Postcodes and approximate mileage/timings which i've kept away from a public forum.
This involves approx two 30 minute segments (28 miles in total) followed by a coffee stop, Then a further 50 minute drive (30 miles) to lunch.
I'll PM those on the list the route card today in case anyone wishes to have a look at the exact route on a map.
A run out for a few members stopping off for lunch.
Starting at:
10am Sunday 13/04/14
Lakeland Motor Museum
Old Blue Mill
Backbarrow
Ulverston
LA12 8TA
http://www.lakelandm...uk/location.php
Coffee and a bacon sandwich to start off the day if you wish!
Set off 11am
Stop within Grasmere for a coffee LA22 9SJ after around 1 hrs driving.
Finish at the Kirkstone inn around 1pm LA22 9QL following 1 hrs driving.

The list:
1- MacD +1
2- Catnip
3- Glenn
4- Klauster +1
5- RS3KEL
6- Vito
7- Fletch +1
8- jonniebrads +1
9- Gledsy +3
The boring bit:
Please remember it's your driving license so drive within your own capabilities whilst remembering this is a public road and not a group race day.
Driving in a manner that causes a danger to yourself, members of the public or other AudiRS3OC will not be tolerated.
In my previous experience of road trips i've found that giving extra distance between you and the car in front not only reduces stone chips but allows you to enjoy some of the twistys without getting too close.
Timings provided are taken based on travelling at speed limits and we will wait at each check point until each member of the group arrives.
Audi RS3 Owners Club are no way responsible for your actions nor will we contribute towards speeding tickets
Most importantly…… Enjoy your day!

Don't worry we'll get a meet further south organised as soon as I've finished with this one this weekend.
Open to suggestions (on another thread) , perhaps the Wales go kart track like previous or a round around the Evo triangle.

Hi, Caveman here - (newbie) I only joined the club last week. I know its a bit late notice, but any chance I can join the lakes run tomorrow?
It'd be good to meet up with a few other members and see some other RS3's.
The weather looks like it might be good too!
Cheers.

Great !
I see the starting point from one of your earlier posts. If its possible to send me any other route details it'd be much appreciated.
