Hi all,

 

Just joined the forum after test driving an RS3 8P last weekend. I'm on the look out for a Suzuka Grey RS3 with preferably sub 50k miles. Whilst I wait for a listing to appear could you inform me with common issues or receipts I should be looking out for.

Good luck in finding a Suzuka one mate there were not many of them around at all.

 

Only tip is to try and find a unabused original one ,,, common sense really I know

As Roy says, just try & find the best example you can. Down side of buying second hand.

I have to agree with Roy, best to go for an un-abused original example, as due to age there will not be many with Audi warranty left, I would never buy a mod'd car as I do like to keep things original, however there are many on this site who have mod'd their cars and never had issues.

 

Have a read through the forums, there are plenty of useful posts from some very knowledgeable people, I was a member on this site way before I bought my 8P and found reading the posts very useful

Welcome Narth £22K should get you in a Nice Car but probably not a Suzuka Grey as I think finding one will be like Hens Teeth not sure of the figures but as there was only 750 RS3's registered in the UK I doublt more than about 30-40 of them were Suzuka I'd be trying to find a well looked after good spec Car and then worry about colour as you can always get it wrapped if you can't live with it but as so many of these cars have been modified and quite often returned to std the History should be the most importantant think on your Check list
