Took my pfl in last week for its first (second) official oil service, the bill was £329 to change oil and pollen filter, i supplied my own oil which cost me £60 and they reduced the bill by £105 or it would of been £434.
Its not cheap but i wanted to keep up the full dealer history for now, this was Norwich Audi, how does this compare to other Audi dealers..?

The main dealers are rip off merchants but I guess we have no choice. I paid £109 at TPS for 20 litres of oil and 8 oil filters in a pack, which I can do 3 oil changes with just about. Good idea to take your own oil. I guess this is where they make their money on us.

How on earth can they charge that. I was quoted £220 for oil and filter but not pollen.I thought that was a rip off so did both myself and timed how long it took. Oil and filter (using hydraulic jack as I don`t have a four post ramp) took 22 minutes. Pollen filter about 4 minutes.

Indeed Neil

Did mine a few weeks back.

Cost £65 and an hour of my time if that, in fact it takes longer to get the under shield off.

My local dealer wanted £350 for the first oil change, luckily knew someone in the parts department, ended up getting a discount, so the bill came to £250, a saving of a 100 squid
