Our turbo is now fitted, just waiting on the parts to upgrade the fuel pump. We should have results in within the next week or two.
Mapping will be done next Thursday, results will be put up with dyno and draggy times by that week end.
Good Morning All
We are making some very good progress in the background, our Bespoke Turbocharger just keeps on giving!
We have been making slight improvements on the way over the last week.
At the moment our turbo is showing it can produce a massive 2bar by 2900rpm, and hold to 4200rpm, however we believe this can be improved by advancing the timing a bit more.
Here is a graph I have put together to show you the way our unit is acting.
The graph shows rpm-blue, orange-our hybrid actual boost response, and grey line is actual boost from a stage 1 tune with a stock turbo. As you can see our unit does not suffer with low down response.
Also i could not resist a quick draggy pull, this was on a damp bumpy country lane, not santa pod with perfect silky smooth surface.
We have more timing to add to the car next week, so we should see some more improvements.
Also we will have a dyno sheet to prove figures with running 99 ron & an octane booster.
No race fuel and No meth.
Lets keep this real and not false claims for people who can benefit on the open road.

Another tweak and we are now holding full boost to 4800rpm before it starts to tail off, DV replaced with forge one.

Evening all yesterday we finalised our hybrid.
With our hardware and MRC software we produced this all round perfect road car with minimal lag with some seriously hard mid range pull, that holds to red line. This turbocharger 100% is best of both worlds.
Once the weather picks up we will do draggy times, this car is looking like it will achieve 10s 1/4mile!

If we can help you understand hp is running up the left hand side the rpm is across the bottom
Solid lines hp/ps and dotted line going up is torque.
