That's cos they assumed he must be really old if he is driving a jag and were worried if he got out they would smell the p**s on his slippers. In fact all the RS boys that were with Dave got away with no issues, it was some of the other clubs that were not so lucky; the Mclaren driver was OK, but I think one of the TVRs were done.

Today I met up with a couple of the guys that went on the EVO triangle / wales trip with DK last weekend and both of them had lots of stone chips on the front of their cars from that trip. I'd recommend you keep your distance from the car infront or get a little bonnect / bumper paint protective film fitted before the trip if you want to keep your paint looking good.

We were discussing this today at the Northern meet  we'll be doing one in April of the full route as a trial run,quite a few were interested so we'll sort a date out and post .

So now I am in a not so happy but happy situation with my work... Current rig has finished it's contract early, but my company has moved me to a different boat. Good and relieved that I still have regular work, however it means it looks like my schedule will change so may have to miss the main June meet...

All to be confirmed as yet, but hopefully I can join one of these mini-meets at some point.. Damn and blast!!
