The German RS3 forum are having an annual meet and I wondered if any of us from the UK fancied a trip over?

 

The list is up to 34 at the minute so it'll be a decent turnout!

 

I'm going over for the weekend...... Anyone else fancy this?

 

Anyway here's the translation,  If anyone wants to go then post up and we'll start a list!

• 07. September 2013


Costs:
- paticipating fee is 45,-€ includig buffet
- otherwise 15,-€ just for program on Saturday (without buffet and evening event)

- Friday arrivals
- no official program

Starting at 18:30 we reserved an area in an mexican restaurant (The Enchilada) for meeting and exchange. It's a 7 minutes walk from the hotel. Payment of food & beverage on one's own account.

For those who like: Dancing and enjoying the night at the "Dachcafe"


Saturday, 07.09.2013

- Saturday arrivals
- 10:00 Official start. Welcome at the Hotel in Giessen
- 10:15 - 17:00 Uhr Organized program with a guided tour, a surprise and enough time for good talks
- 17:00 - 20.00 Uhr little exposition and exchange about RS3
- 20:00 +++ big buffen with program and RS3 award
- buffet is inclusive, drinks are on everyone's own account

Sunday, 08.09.2013

- possibility of having a brunch together in the hotel from 09:30 until 14:30
- brunch is included in overnight stay from saturday to sunday
- trip home

• fun, goog mood
• Photo / Videocamera
• VCDS (if existing)
• !!! Walkie-Talkies !!! (if existing)

Hi Guys,

 

I managed to translate the enrolment form today (as good as possible - please be patient with my bugs/errors - in any case shoot me a notification)

As stated on the form, please fill it in (it's a pdf from sheet), print it, sign it, and have it mailed to Benny.

One more thing, who ever wnats to join our meet, has to also register to our form (sorry for that, but participation is limited to forum members).

Anyway, registration is free and there are no other binding duties coming with it, so you shouldn't bother too much about that...
